Children, Youth, & Family Coordinator

Position Summary:

  • The Children, Youth & Family Ministry Coordinator (CYFMC) serves as a spiritual leader and program coordinator for the congregation’s ministry to our children, youth, and their families, supporting faith formation for children and youth in accordance with the theology, mission, and practices of the North American Lutheran Church (NALC) and Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC). This position works collaboratively with the Pastor, staff, and wider congregation to nurture and grow disciples of Jesus Christ who live out their faith in worship, service, and daily life.

     

    The Children, Youth, and Family Coordinator will at all times model a strong commitment to Ascension’s Children and Youth Ministry Mission Statements and Core Values.
